About the role: GovData are recruiting a professional Senior Bid Reviewer with a background in DevOps, IT Managed Service Provision, Value Added Reselling within our IT Pillar to manage tender submissions in partnership with our customers. As a Senior Bid Reviewer within the IT pillar you will be responsible for: Functioning as the leader of Bid Submissions in the Pillar Bid Team in liaison with the Pillar Bid Manager Acting as the Industry Specific Specialist within the pillar providing knowledge, advice, and guidance to all members of the Bid Team Reviewing the work produced by the Pillar Bid Reviewers and Bid Support Professionals to ensure that all content achieves 100% success. Acting as the Third Point of review within the Bid Function Accountable for the results of all Bid Submissions Drafting and Creating Feedback within 48 Hours of Receipt of a Bid from a Customer Intelligence Gathering in our Pre-Live Engagement with our customers Maintaining the Bid Repository and Knowledgebase to ensure that our Bid Function is well informed and up to date with the latest procurement news, government standards, and accreditations Creating advice and guidance documents for customers to aid in their understanding of specifications and requirements Liaising with Account Executives to relay feedback to customers Producing advice and guidance to our customers on tender documents, procurement law, and on specific products which the Bid Function will work on Collating feedback from all stages of review to assist in the formulation of Quality Reports on Customer Bid Submissions Working with a Bid Team with a clear structure consisting of: Account Executives, Bid Support Professionals, Bid Reviewers, Senior Bid Reviewers, Head of Account Management & Pillar Bid Manager Providing expert insight for the Product Launch process to identify relevant companies Managing the creation of documents for customers Skills, experience and qualifications: You will have a minimum 10 years experience in a Bids and Proposals Management or a similar role within a Bid Function You will have previous experience of submitting, contributing to, and writing tender responses Previous Experience of Working within a Service Assurance Role Knowledge of ITIL v4 Service Lifecycle including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement Knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Environmental Standards such as ISO14001 and WEEE Compliance Knowledge of Quality Management Processes and standards such as ISO9001 Knowledge of the Risk Management Process and associated standards Knowledge of Security Management Processes and Standards Knowledge and experience of Project Management including: PRINCE2, APMP, Lean, Six Sigma Knowledge or Experience of Supply-Chain Management understanding the Supply-Chain Lifecycle Complete knowledge of all DevOps Processes Detailed understanding of Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise workload and multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office MCIPS, DevOps and Project Management certifications How to apply for the role: If you have the skills and experience required for this position, click apply today and check your inbox for an email providing more information on how to tailor your application and provide a cover letter or any supporting documents.
