We believe when money moves, better things happen.*Better requires process, discipline, and simplification*The Cyber Security Delivery Manager will work alongside program and functional leadership to evaluate business needs, manage internal and vendor-led workstreams, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery of program objectives. You will build and maintain roadmaps consisting of business goals, issues, KPIs, corporate strategy, and market evolution. You will promote transparency, alignment, and collaboration between teams, leadership, stakeholders, and customers. You must have experience and knowledge of product and project management lifecycle and agile tools (Jira) and methodologies. This position will require you to identify and remove risks and impediments via formal and informal channels and escalate effectively when necessary. You are a delivery leader with strong technical background, detail driven, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and are an exemplary communicator both at the executive and project team level. For this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field, 3+ years of Product Owner, Program Management, or Delivery Management experience, and exposure to Identity and Access Management disciplines. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
