We believe when money moves, better things happen.*Better requires process discipline and simplification*We’ll be looking to you to provide global support for the execution and management of all DEI strategic initiatives.  You will work directly with all members of the DEI office to ensure timely and accurate delivery of programs.  You’ll guide Employee Resource Group efforts and have direct responsibility for the delivery of key reporting that will track DEI goals, this will include talent acquisition and recruiting efforts that impact the diversity recruiting strategy.  You will also serve as the global subject matter expert to develop and manage the Early Careers program content for all regions, and work closely with the recruiting organization to develop partnerships with the top talent in select colleges and universities.For such a pivotal role, you will have 5 years of business experience, preferably supporting DEI organizational strategy.  You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field. You’ll bring to the table intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs, Workday and have advanced analytical skills. You will have strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
