Logical Personnel are pleased to be partnering with a tier 1 contractor in their search for a Document Controller. The company has turnover in the billions with distinct specialist arms in their business, this role in particular is to work in their Civils division. Key accountabilities: Uploading and recording all incoming information within the CDE (Common Data Environment) Ensuring all information is properly tracked within project registers Manage and Maintain Deliverable Lists to ensure all Client requirements are kept on track (TIDP & MIDP) First and last line of quality ensure all information entering or leaving the project meets quality standards Liaise with project members and other stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of deliverables within set time scales Work with the project Information Manager to ensure all deliverables are aligned to the programme Administer project CDE to ensure consistency of data retention and naming conventions Support the project team in the proper use and functionality of the electronic data management system providing training where required. Responsible for the adherence of project team to information management procedures and requirements Where data is retained on multiple platforms, ensure the consistency of revision so data is properly aligned, and obsolete / superseded data is removed from use Distribute all incoming information in line with prescribed guidance and ensure the submission of project produced information is properly transmitted and recorded Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation. Ensure the transmission between client s data environment and other data environments remain compliant in both systems. Qualifications & Experience: Essential Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths Previous Document Control experience Working knowledge of electronic management systems i.e. SharePoint, ProjectWise, Asite. Excellent communication skills including written English. Excellent IT skills including; Microsoft Office Full Driving Licence and access to a Car Desirable Knowledge of Information Management Practices and standards (PAS1192 & ISO19650) Previous experience controlling data within a BIM framework project If you have any further questions around the role or to signify your interest please call James on (phone number removed)
