Health and Safety Administrator / Co-ordinator required to join a Health and Safety only Consultancy firm, to support with general administration and health and safety related tasks. Duties include: Monitoring and drafting reports relating to incidents, accidents, observations, inspections Ordering PPE and any other safety equipment as required. Maintaining Quality Assurance records within CMAP. Liaising with relevant Client team representatives to ensure works administered and co-ordinated effectively. Setting up projects on Client system, monitor, complete and update project folders/records. Assisting with preparing, creating and formatting safety management documents. Reviewing timesheets checking time booked correctly. Taking minutes at meetings and producing appropriate reports. Providing general administrative support. Collaborating and liaising with all stakeholders. Experience: You will be experienced in providing administration / document control in a construction environment working in a similar role with good knowledge of relevant software solutions. Qualifications: Good PC Skills. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
