Gleeson Recruitment Group have just been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for a Change & Release Management Analyst to join a well-known Midlands based business. As the Change & Release Management Analyst, you will be accountable for ensuring that changes to the IT Landscape are managed and progressed in accordance with the businesses Change Management processes to minimise the risk of unplanned service interruption to the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring all Vendors in the support framework, associated IT Service Providers and Solution Delivery teams are adhering to the Change Management Processes and acting as point of escalation regarding the process. Essentials We're looking for individuals who hold the following skills and experience: Certified in ITIL Foundation level Knowledge of Prince 2 / Agile (SCRUM) project management methodologies Broad experience in the area of Change Management, underlying technologies and direct support of end users. Experience of working with 3rdParty Service Delivery Partners and Vendors. Understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and good technical appreciation of an IT Landscape and the services it provides Excellent grasp of the principles and practices of IT Service Management including effective utilisation & knowledge of Service Management toolBy applying you will be registered as a candidate with Gleeson Recruitment Limited.
