Marketing Manager Overview Grafton Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join its UK marketing team. Grafton Recruitment is part of Gi Group Holding, one of the world's largest recruitment organisations. Reporting to the group Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager role will be suited to a marketing all-rounder with both B2B and B2C experience. The candidate we seek will develop the Grafton brand and also deliver lead-generation and candidate campaigns. While a recruitment sector background would be ideal, we are very open to commercially-minded candidates from other sectors who have the ability to learn and adapt quickly to a new sector. Put simply, we need you to be an excellent marketer; one able to deliver the content, campaign, and plan required to take our Grafton brand to the next level. This role will be remote, however there will be a need for occasional travel into London for team meetings. Marketing Manager Responsibilities (not limited to) - Work with the Marketing Director to develop a B2B Marketing strategy - Work with the Brand's Managing Director and Sales team to enable them with the appropriate tools and content required for sales and lead generation. - Develop and deliver highly targeted client and candidate campaigns. - Redevelop the website and associated online content, to better articulate our capabilities and value proposition-and develop a curated journey for clients. - Deliver important brand and industry events - Report on the success of marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI Marketing Manager Skills - B2C and B2B campaign experience. - Content-building experience able to create professional content and tools to support client presentations, marketing campaigns etc. - Social media marketing experience - To be commercially- and results-driven with a "can-do" attitude - To have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - To be very well-organized and able to deliver and manage projects and budgets to tight timelines/ deadlines. - To deliver brand and industry events as required. - To be a competent user of Microsoft Office software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc); email software (e.g. DotDigital, HubSpot); and (ideally, but not necessarily) design tools (preferably Canva). - Great stakeholder management skills, able to engage individuals at all levels: internally and externally.
