In your new job you will:
Lead projects linked to state-of-the art package technology with noticeable impact on Infineon business
Be responsible of an innovative environment where ideas are assessed vs business potential and carried-out through projects
Assume full responsibility for your projects (cost, timeline, specs and stakeholder satisfaction) by continuously assessing the progress, the risks and adjusting the project plan accordingly
Actively manage internal and external key stakeholders in an international environment, negotiate trade-offs and motivate others towards common goals
Ensure that the project compliant with internal rules and regulations at any stage of the project life-cycle
Be in direct contact with some of Infineon key customers/providers to work together on value proposition and implementation of new technologies

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or similar
At least 5 years of professional experience and thereof 2 years of leading projects and project teams
Hands on project management skills in the arena of assembly, mixed signal IC or power conversion
A formal Project Management Certification (e.g. IPMA or PMI) or training as a plus
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English required, German skills or the willingness to learn is appreciated
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
