Senior Account Manager - Shepperton, Middlesex / WFH Salary £35,000 - £45,000 based on experience plus benefits This is being offered as a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office ideally HYBRID ROLE Your time will be split working between the office, which is based in Shepperton, Middlesex and from home We have an excellent opportunity to join a technology-focused marketing agency as a Senior Account Manager who are based in Shepperton, Middlesex, and are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their busy team on a hybrid basis. Job Description The Senior Account Manager will have the following responsibilities which include: Building a strong rapport with your clients, understanding their business, their ambitions and how best the agency can help them Taking client briefs detailed gathering of support materials and assimilation into internal briefing document Managing account executives Briefing internal team and suppliers on the requirement Reviewing proposals and suggesting revisions as required Gathering costs, preparing accurate estimates and ensuring profitability Effecting revisions as required through to final approval Managing external production, monitoring timings, cost and quality Business development and retention within your accounts The Senior Account Manager will have the following essential attributes: Solid grasp of the B2B technology market Strong inter-personal skills Good attention to detail Drive and enthusiasm to build your client business Ability to multitask and prioritise fast Ability to intelligently question clients during briefing sessions Ability to effectively represent the client to the agency and the agency to the client The Senior Account Manager will have the following expectations in the first quarter: Get up to speed on all internal systems estimating, billing, trafficking, status reporting, reconciliation Become fully conversant on the accounts existing guidelines, familiarity with client team at all levels, attending planning sessions Contribute in brainstorming sessions Support Account Director in day-to-day management of accounts Manage projects from inception to completion with support from Account Director where necessary The Senior Account Manager will have the following expectations in the second/third quarter: Transition to managing larger projects independently Start identifying account development opportunities What s on Offer 20 Days holiday plus bank holidays and as well as time off between Christmas and New Year Participation in a Stakeholder pension Annual EOT bonus (tax free up to first £3,600) Unlimited use of paddleboards on the Thames in front of the office Supportive and collaborative work environment Job number: BT-0167 Bluetree Recruits Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
