3x University Application Admins needed in London on an ongoing temp basis. This role is paying £13 per hour and will be hybrid. The University Application Administrator role will focus on processing and assigning requests for Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), working within our pipeline operational processes to ensure any applicants who we are seeking to bring to the UK meets the eligibility criteria for sponsorship under our internal processes and the UKVI's policy and procedures. The role will ensure that student information is up to date in the UKVI's information databases to comply with sponsorship duties; conducting regular data cleansing activities to continuously evaluate data accuracy. The role will additionally support the Visa Compliance Officers with continuous audit readiness activities where appropriate, conducting right to study checks, issuing visa extensions and document verification. Key roles and responsibilities: Understand and apply the Visa Compliance processes and policies, mapped to UKVI policy. Work in accordance with University and regulatory policies and procedures including the MoPPs, GARs and QAA UK Quality Code. Review and respond to requests in line with agreed service level agreements. Ensure an appropriate level of detail, combined with a high degree of accuracy, to ensure a high level of precision in daily tasks. Efficient use of customer relationship management system and any other systems related to job role. Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders as required to resolve CAS and compliance issues. Maintain confidential student information. Escalate issues where required to line manager. Performs other duties as assigned or apparent to achieve the main duties above. Skills and experience: Educated to degree level or relevant work experience Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and CRM systems Ability to work with speed and accuracy Outstanding attention to detail Commitment to, and responsibility for, meeting strict deadlines Able to build good working relationships across all levels Able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment Experience of working in the Higher Education sector Knowledge of the UK secondary education system Experience of working with International students Experience of working in a compliance setting
